Would anyone know how to convert from dBµV/m to dBm for GSM900 and DCS1800..?

Ok, i think it is this formula :
a dBm = b dB(μV/m) – 137
i don’t think it is dependent on the frequency… but i really don’t know. It’s impossible to find information about this on the net !! :-
