Why does high-rise buildings require better RxLevel, in terms of mobile signal?
e.g.
RxLevel for 2G High-rise buildings >= -70dBm.
RxLevel for 2G Low-rise buildings >= -80dBm.
since signal penetration in HIGH-rise building is harder (thicker walls and many walls), also since more neighbours cells frequencies occur and gather with higher floors (altitude) with a good receiving Rx lev. Therefore, it is recomendend to provide better Rx-lev for the cell that must cover the High Rise building.
