as sample:for one cell.
in our statistics
i have TCH congestion(15%),TCH availability(100),half rate (42%),TCH Traffic Erlang(11).
the question is:
why Erlang is little?
so must Erlang more than 30 because we have half rate.each cell have 4 TRx.we used RBS 2202.
