I want to change my carrier

    I want to change my present carrier. I have been working 2 years as transmission technician in Saudi Telecom. I left the company 2 years back. Now I am doing my job in different field in communication company itself. I am intrested in technical field, not office work. I need some technical course too. Where can I do that? What are the couses ?
    Please help me.

    BTS installation
    BSS planning
    cell planning
    transmission planning
    Rf optimization
    NSS (switching)
    its up to u which filed u like.
    I am working in BSS planning
