How I can change so called C-number in Nokia Bsc2i Equipment ?
What will be good in S11.5 sw REL ?
15th June 2005 at 06:29 #41604alexanderGuestthere is secret command to change c-number. ZDCN !!!! There is no description of this command in NED, moreover, there is no such command in command menu ZDC? . But if you type ZDCN you’ll see command and it’s description!!!
be carefull, if you change c-number then all login/password will be lost, c-number used somewhere in password storyng alghoritm… even SYSTEM/SYSTEM will not work!!!alex
15th June 2005 at 12:58 #41605Alexander,RussiaGuestOk, I have seen this command in my BSC’s. But what is the reason of changing C-number? And what to do after implementation of this command?! ๐ The first answer – to begin of searching NEW FIRM after that:):)
22nd June 2005 at 05:16 #41606hamidGuestuse these commands:
ZLE:M,MASHANGX
ZMVL:W0-//BLCODE/APPARAGX.IMG,4;
ZMVL:W0-//BLCODE/APPARAG2.IMG,4;
The correct place in file is block 4,row 00B0
IF the C-number of BSC is C 034567
line 00B0 of the file reads:
..B0 67 45 03 00
Exit the mode by pressing ctrl-c
if the system asks:
WRITE TO DISK Y/N? YIF YOU ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL BSC MAN DO’NT DO THIS
Good luck
