Ghost Calls

    We are facing a Ghost Call issue in our Ericsson Switch Network. Scenario is that B receives a call from A with a CLI of C. A claims that he has never made the call but he is charged by the Service Node PPS. The call does not appear in the Switch CDR but the toll tickets of the PPS has the call details and the charging applied at A.

    Usually this happens when another Operator is involved.

    Can anyone advise?

    Can u pls explain the scenario time and for local or STD calls etc

    Hi Sanjeev,

    There is no time pattern… It happens for Local as well as STD calls..

    Normally the A Number is known to the B Number and the C Number whose call is actually received by the B Number with the CLI and charging of the A Number is also a frequent caller to B.

    I want to know abt how to generate TollRecords for IMSI Attach Procedures.This is for a Test Node.
