as per ITU-T, signaling link (64kbps) may be located anywhere from timeslot 1 to 31? is this right for SS7? i know that for CAS it is located on Timeslot 16 on every E1
Yes it can be on any of timeslots between 1-31.The same is to be defined at both end switches.
I want to know what is the no of 64 K Signaling link required for connecting Two Office Media Gateway
and PSTN switch with total no. of E1 requirement of 20.
