We are using BTS of AIRNET, and recently started fgacing a problem of BCCH lost, when we do channel verification on TEMS 3.2.5.
And while drive testing on idle mode, the drive test tools shows “no service mode” and then suddenly the BCCH is lost and after 2-15 minutes, u get it back.
Can anyone guide me as to what can be the other probable reason, other than it being a hardware problem.
I think this symptom cannot be investigated with some lines of description. You have to analysis deeply many radio parameters by mean of the layer 3 message in the TEMS log files. You can send me the TEMS log file via vndnguyen@hopthu.com, and I will try to figure out the problem.
I just found that one of the possible reason for this problem maybe the loss of mater clock synchronization. The master clock of the BTS may need to be calibrated.
