Can someone help to calculate erlang per subscriber when the incoming and originating traffic are known.
Is it the sum of both divided by no. of subscribers?
This incoming traffic would also include transit traffic to exchange if this exchange also works as transit exchange.
Could you more define the cause of the transited calls? Is it a cellular customer roaming? Is this an access tandem and thus it routes calls to other end offices or tandems? Is this office classified as a Class 5 Switch? Does it have both local and toll traffic that is being routed through the switch in bound (not from a phone hanging directly off of the switch? This may help answer the question.
