Traffic Usage assumptions

    Traffic Usage assumptions
    Digital ports users = 0.1 erlang per handset
    Analogue ports =0.05 erlang per port
    Line side ISDN = 0.05 erlang per B Channel
    Line Side IP = 0.1 erlang per configured IP channel (not required until Ph 2)
    (All Values exclude internal calls)

    Can someone help me and tell me if these assumptions are OK?
