    Is anybody aware of an auto attendant device that will work in the Featurent 5000 arena.

    Hi Steve, Interalia Communications have a Auto Attendant system for the FN5000 platform. It has been developed for installation either at the DMS or at the customer premises. If you would like more information drop me a line.

    I only know of one company in the UK that has a Auto Atendant solution for the BT Featurenet system. I beleive it to be a company called Interalia who are situated somewhere in Lincolnshire.
