If I know the total Erlangs and
available Trunks –
How do I calculate the GOS
(not using the calculator).
I need to work out the GOS service
for hundreds of routes in a
spreadsheet, and this will save time
from going backwards and forwards from

There is a product available at this Web site which allows you to include Erlang B calculations in Excel worksheets.
It is called Erlang for Excel, and there is more information at http://www.erlang.com/excel.html.
