    Hi,

    I have the formula for Erlang C, but I have been trying to find out how the formula has been derived, but with no success so far. Can anyone show me the maths behind it?

    I would like to have the erlang C formula.
    I also want to know of any formula that would allow me to calculate the number of telephones in a cll center if the number of reps, and hour of operation are known.
