Hi,
This might sound something wierd but Iam new to the telecom industry. I want to know wether for a given # of voice channels and % of blocking calls can you calculate erlangb?
Yes, you can estimate the traffic you can offer to a trunk group. The Erlang B calculator on this site should help.
