    i have axt2400.. i got error message 31..

    90 percent of my calls got error message 31..

    how to fix this??

    If you are using quintum for termination, there is a guide for config on quintum’s web site to help for that. Just go there and search for termination.

    You can try raising the gains which are located in cassignaling line group.

    Gulfan,

    this sounds like you have configured for a sip server, but for one reason or another, the quintum is not able to register to this sip server. Please check your config.
