We cancelled our service with Telic due to lack of support of their procuct while uder their 30 day test period. We paid them $3500. After we decided to cancel we have not been able to get anyone to assist in refunding our money. We have even spoke to Eric the President, and he keeps claiming he will send. First he said it was a wire issue. We contacted our bank and they never tried to send. It has been 3weeks and now we can’t even reach anyone there.
