I am using AVAYA PBX with IP facilities. Office users access VoIP directly to the internet from site.
My question is for remote users. They have Internet access (broadband DSL). When they make a call they have (via the Internet) access the PBX and from there generate the call via the internet again.
Is it possible to have an application running on a PC calling directly a gatekeeper instead of the PBX?
This will save some ms.

Thierry
