Quintum CDR server

    Hi guys,
    I have write a CDR server for Quintum Tenor in JAVA. I save the reords in a database…
    I see that in the CDR records the duration is often “0”. What does it really mean? Are the quintiums wrong configierd ?

    It means that a call was stablished, but the other end never answered the calls.

    Abandoned call, not answered call, a call that does not have billable minutes.
    The worst kind of cal, since it took space on your system, but you get not a single penny for it.

    Does it mean it will do the same
    if you have a prepaid card service?
    It will not bill the customer for some time, how often?
