    how can i authenticate calls based on ip address of gateway, from where calls arrive, using radius ?

    There are configuration examples for your gateway in PortaBilling User Guide, part II, page 42 – they are relevant even if you are using some other billing solution…

    Yes, using radius u can authenticate users based on IP addresses they are coming from. One of the best radius servers available is freeradius. Look at freeradius.org for more info.
