E1/R2 not coming up.

Hello All,

I have a E1/R2 from my local telco for Voice application, but the link is not coming up.

It is connected onto a E1 controller card. COnfiguration of E1 controller is as given below;

But when i check “show controller e1” I am seeing line code violations increasing and also the errored seconds is also increasing.

What can i check for this problem ??
