Anyone tell me how to unlock the ATA 186 cause Vonage doesn’t want to help. I have tried the factory reset as stated in broadband forums, but then I’m prompted for
a password. I tried connecting to the ATA after the reset by using
ip/dev and get nothing. How can I tell if it’s unlocke ?Thanks
SCIThe Cisco ATA-186 you have from Vonage has 128Bit encryption, and cannot be unlocked unless you hooked a Cray Supercomputer up to it and had it spend a few months cracking the encryption.
