Quintum D3000 connect with Cisco problem

    I am connecting my Quintum d3000 with another party using codec G.723 with 6.3K but when we start testing it failed and I can get

    Incompatible media type=37, calling->called.
    Incompatible media type=37, called->calling.

    what is this mean is it mean the coding problem? and how to troubleshoot this?
