I am a researcher with the Alexis de Tocqueville Institution
(www.adti.net) in Washington, D.C. Our institution publishes research
on a variety of public policy issues including comparative politics,
immigration and tax reform.
I am working with our technology policy group on a study regarding VoIP.
We are studying the use of VoIP service by states, municipalities and
local governments around the country. The effort of our report is to
learn as much as possible about the local government’s interest in VoIP
to predict how much they will be using VoiP in the future.
It would be of great assistance if you could provide us with the
following information:
*any experience in implementing VOIP technology to government agencies
*selling points when pitching VOIP technology to government agencies
*names of government agencies dealt with so that I may contact them and
possibly publish their positive feedback.
Thanks for your time. Best,
Justin Orndorff
