QiiQ Billing Software

I got a problem I created a reseller, entered a gateway address, created pin numbers, and i made a call it is going through no problem so far, then when I created a new reseller in q-bill v.4 same software the call will not go through it will say “invalid Pin Number”, I noticed that the gateways address are not there in the new reseller tried to add it i failed it will say “this gateway is already used”. I really need some help in this. Any questions ready to answer.
