Need help with A400 billing

I need help with some biliing issues on a Quintum A400.
The vendor of the billing system says that everything is O.K. and blames the Quintum.
The quintum is setup the right way, but still rejecting the billing system messages.
What I need : Someone that have a billing system up and running with a A400. Will like to point my A400 to your billing system, and run some test.
Only a handfull of users, around 20, just to be sure where I stand.
If you have a system that allows for me to access the billing records online, that will be a plus.

Hoping to get it for free, but any reasonable fees will be studied.
