Cisco JTAPI is a platform independent implementation of Sun’s JTAPI 1.2 specification.
Sun’s spec is now in version 1.4 (1.3 released long time ago). Cisco CallManager v.3.3 still ships with their JTAPI 1.2 implementation. JTAPI version 1.2 do not support Classes like:
CallListener
AddressListener
TerminalListener
…. and a few more Listeners….
There’s a lot of features I want to include in my applications that would require Listeners. What are Cisco’s plan for supporting Suns JTAPI 1.3 spec?
If anybody experiences challenges missing the classes I mentioned in my previous mail on this forum, I would like to get into contact with you to share some experiences. Thanks.
