What is PDD and ASR?
Any help would be appreciated!
PDD Stands for post dialed delay.
The ammount of seconds after you dial a call and before you get a audio signal letting you know how the call is doing.
In same places like Cuba, you may need to wait up to 20 seconds before you know if the call is going trought or not.
