Hello everyone,
I have to connect to a Cisco Gw/Gk with my quintum A800. The other party has given me prefix in the following order 12345#. Now i have added this through the IPTG/outprefix. When I check the event log, the destination number is being translated properly but its not routing to the correct IP. I have built the static routes for the prefix. (be sroute1 dn 1 1245* 0 0 2) but still the call doesnt route. When i delete the prefix from IPTG, the routing works again. I dont know whats wrong. Please let me know, where i am making a mistake. Also I have matched the codecs correctly, but the call doestn seem to route to the CISCO I.P. when I add the prefix. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanksyou have eliminate # from End Of Dial Digit or disable this. after you have check your dialplan , is private or public?
