    Having Around 2 years of IPCC experience.
    Good Hands on experience in Implementation/Administration of Cisco IPCC Platform (Cisco ICM 4.6.2 /5.0, Cisco CallManager 3.1(4b)/3.3.2, IVR 2.2/3.0, Collaboration Server 5.0, Media Blender 5.0)
    Have done a complete implementation of IPCC in Multisite architecture including ICM, Call manager, IP IVR.
    Excellent troubleshooting skills.

    Do you have Call Manager, Proxy Server, Gateways? I spent $200+ on Cisco IP Telephony books, but the reading knowledge doesn’t mean squat unless I actually go in and configure it. Let’s talk more outside the forum.

    Hi!

    I have access to whole IPCC platform like call manager , IVR , ICM, Collaboration server , media blender. I have full demo setup in LAB.
    But I don’t have proxy server and gateway.

    tell me where r u putting up
    ( country , city , state ).

    I have access to 3 different Gateways.
    1-FXS 8 port gateway
    1-FXO 8 port Gateway
    1-PRI 2 port Gateway
    1-1 port FXO/FXS Hybrid Gateway

    My goal is to gain knowledge with Cisco’s IP Telephony products to prepare for CIPT & CVOICE certs. And of course the CCNA.

    I can do SIP or H.323 on all gateways but the PRI.

    CIPT Exams and I am CCNA and MCSE certified.
