Is anyone aware of a service provider that could give me multiple toll free numbers that would deliver the inbound calls to my network via the VOIP protocols?
My initial thought was that I could use a Cisco 3640 to accept and manage the calls. A bonus feature would be the ability to use the VoiceXML functionality provided on the 3640 to play some prompts, interact with the user and transfer calls to VOIP extensions within my network.
Any ideas about available services or how this could be configured? Thanks in advance,
