Hi,
We are looking for a high-density E1 gateway solution. H323. Must support Euro ISDN and ITU-T C7, including the ability to support multiple point codes in order to connect to multiple carriers. Native C7 support would be preferable rather than having to configure an external signalling server.
Does such a thing exist?

Yes, Such a thing exists. We at vocaltec offer such solutions under our H323 Vocaltec Softswitch 1000 architecture. We are also in the process of developing a Unix based softswitch but that is only in its beta testing phase. Let me know if you need more info on our products.
