    I have Cisco 5350..and want to block caller ID …location is india..

    how can i do that ..

    hi you can use translation in cisco as5300.
    command is this
    translation rule (number)
    below create your rule. and what number should appear on caller id. u can use any number like 1111..so this number will appear on caler id.

    translation-rule 3
    Rule 0 any 9999

    here i created a rule with number 3 and rule is wht ever number your AS is dialing will be shown as 9999

    apply this command in your dial peer voice pots.

    dial-peer voice xxx pots
    translation-rule 3
