Vocaltec 2000 problems

    We use Vocaltec GW2000 (IGT 03.03 maps 1.5) with T1 chennels and have problems.

    1. ANI not presented in CDRs;
    2. Russian AON discontinue calls

    Is somebody have his problems and solution on it? Please, send advise to Valery@gltcall.com

    We are using VocalTec systems also. Please tell me how did you resolve this trouble?

    Hi Khoa,
    We solve this problem with upgrading software in CPU and gateway cards.
    Keep in mind, it was one year ago and it was VGW2000 (not VGW120 or VGW480).
