    Can some body out there please explain to me what ASR and PDD stands for and what is there relevance

    PDD – POST DIAL DELAY
    the delay in seconds or milliseconds it takes for a call to connect to the destination once the digits have been dialed

    ASR – ANSWER SUPERVISION
    Ratio and percentage of calls completed vs call attempts to a particular destination
