Cisco gatekeeper/proxy

    Hi
    someone knows a cisco solution gatekeeper/proxy?
    The question is:
    If I have 2 phone in two different zones (with two IP address non compatible: for ex.in two different companies) and everyone is registered on its own call Manager and every CM is registered on its own gatekeeper/proxy; the RTP stream between the phone really crosses the gatekeeper/proxy or only the h323 signalling between the 2 call manager crosses the gatekeeper/proxy

    Anybody have e link for a correct Cisco product that can help me?
