Any CPM guys out there ?

    Has anyone had any experience with CPM. I have been wondering about advantages and disadvantages of these Gateways. Anyone ?

    What would there adv over Cisco and Vice Versa.

    Any feedback is appreciated.

    I have a CPM setup here in london,
    /but do not have Cisco so cannot really advise you. but if you have any cpm questions feel free.

    CPM is a great product in terms of user friendliness, but quite expensive compared to Cisco or Quintum. Setup is so easy that u would finish in minutes and u get a great Support from CPM malaysia for the initial setup. Personally i recommend the product due to the ease of use.

    BUT it has interoperability problems with other equipment, it ineteroperates with cisco but only at certain settings… like it doesnt support Fast start and things like that… and supports only G723 codec

    CPM is a great product. I currently own it and use it.

    What interoperability issues do you have ? It works fine with Cisco.

    I think you should be more specific in terms of those certain settings that you did not mmention…

    I don’t think fast start is a big issue.

    And it does Support other codecs..
