I does, I have purchased it myself. The only way to order, is send it to a c/o address with a friend living in the US and have this fried remail it to you. Amazon does not ship Electronics to Europe.
You can buy it from ebay.com if the seller ships internationally. ATA’s normally go there for around 130 USD.
