Codec ( G.723.1)

I’d like to know codec (G.723)

as we know now alot of codec’s

at cisco AS5300
1) G.723ar53 ANNEX-A 5300 bps
2) G.723r63 ANNEX-A 6300 bps
3) G.723r53 5300 bps
4) G.723r63 6300 bps

Lucent TNT
1) G.723 5.3Kps
2) G.723-6kps 6.4kps

So if I call from Lucent to cisco
then which codec will be use both side ?

cisco use 6.3K but Lucent use 6.4 K is it will make problem ?
