Hi,
I have a cybercafe and i would my customers to call from their home phone (Congo) to France for the price of Local communication Congo+france. what device I need?
I need something like : A customer call my computer connected to the internet and my computer connects them to the computer in paris connected also to the net. and the computer in paris would let them use the regular phone line to call france.
Do you have any idea?
is this illegal or not in France? I know this connection is not allow in some contury.
Dear Sir ,
This is much simpler . You simply install a small gateway in your office in France , order 4 lines from France Telecom and the same in Congo . This is completely legal in France , I donm’t know in Congo .
