line disconnection with Adtran CB

    Hello!
    i have a problem with my adtran channel bank connected to a cisco 2600 router via T1 cable.

    when costumer make a call the fxo stell busy.

    if any one have a solution .please let me know.

    hi,

    disconnection prb is usually as to do with line polarity, reverse current.

    if ur signalling is in &&M mode & ur polarity is wrong, u may get disconnect after alart

    try reverse the polarity of your PSTN line set ur signalling in E&M. better still.. try FXO signalling has that does not have much problem with polarity

    also make sure u have all swithes on your Channel Bank if any; are set correctly as to your signalling

    Thank i made any test with the battery reversal but it is not working. it is done only when i use the ptt line connect to the PBX and connect another way to Channel Bank.
    so the line is disconect trully when i use the PBX.
    what can be the problem.
