Clarent CIC Mismatch

    Hi

    I have a problem with my c7 gateway, it seems to be giving cic mismatch and my gateway is using ver 3.1. Anyone who can help me to solve this problem. Would appreciate this favor.

    it’s Clarent Gateway ver 3.1 doing egress via c7 link. On my gateway view i see that port 1 in used to send calls but at my telco site it shows port 3 or 4. Suppose these port have to be the same. On which part of the network is wrong.

    You need to ensure that the starting CIC is configured correctly on the SS7 tab of gateway config, this must match the CIC for the first voice TS on the switch. The problem is on either side, they must be the same…
