I offer a meeting service that offers VOIP telephony as an option. I have two questions:
1. What is the best way to test a VOIP technology that is implemented in an application to measure and assess:
* Bandwidth
* Quality (drop-outs, echo, distortion, noise etc )
* Efficiency
We have been using network sniffing tools to measure bandwidth.
2. How can one test his VOIP session quality before inviting people to join
him/her?
