    We are pleased to announce the release of DUAL Generator; a free H.323 call generator for Windows. DUAL Generator is able to set up 6 simultaneous H323 calls, but does not exchange any video or audio. It is useful for testing the call signalling and handling characteristics of H.323 compliant software.

    We developed it internally to test our own H.323 products, and release it as freeware because we do not believe it has any commercial value.
