Point to Point IP Phone

I need a product that will allow me to make a simple point to point telephone call over a private LAN. I’m looking for phones that I could plug into my ethernet ports on a private network that could be used to call each other. No outside line capability is needed, just an internal phone system. I don’t want to mess around with a iPBX or Call Manager server. I would like to be able to just dial a phone on my network by IP address. No fancy features (i.e. hold, voice mail, etc.). Does something like this exist?
