I am very new at this,but I am hoping that someone can help me solve my problem. My question is this, is it possible to provide Internet access using voip? and if so where can I find information?

I’m afraid that you have the cart before the horse. VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is the use of the Internet for telephones. You have to have Internet access to use VoIP.
