Looking for Out Bound Call Center

An expatriate Pakistani in Toronto, Canada is looking to get into
agreement with a Pakistani call center with following requirements:

1. Outbound sales calls to Canadian/USA residents for selling Car Parts

2. Payment would be per appointment on basis of mature appointments.

3. Call center should have recent listing of Do Not Call List of
Canada and should conform to Canadian rules for making such calls.

Monthly business volume for call center could be in range of $4,000-
$5,000.
