Call Center training

respected fellows!
i have been viewer of this forum for last few days but got lot!
i’ve some queries hopefully u would consider them.

1) is there any call center in karachi providing training along job posting.
2)does call center scope refers to more than “TELE MARKETING SERVICES” or
3)does for me as a software engineering and commerce graduate, job available only for “call center agent”

providing great knowledge to beginners!
