I am really interested in setting up a contact center in Goa. I would like to know the details in getting a functional unit in place i.e everything from employee costs to licenses and contracts availability, to hardware and software requirements and costs.
Even though goa doesnt have a single window IT policy there is surely something in the offering.
The idea is a bit out of line from the normal conventions.But there is a lot to offer in this small state than just beaches n bars.
