    I was going thru this very intresting forum, would like to know more about who you are and where are you from ?
    We are based in Mumbai, and yes , it is a very intresting job that we do, so let us keep a track of any new developments and help each other overcome some challenges.

    ethical standards & sincerity r rarer than they better be — in our profession ! !
    that apart, wwe could learn to work better if we trade ideas & share things !!
    ppl may nt realize how crucial our work is, but BPO-GUYS SHOULD !!
    IT IS OUR JOB TO TAKE THE NECESSARY INITIATIVE !!
