I want to set a customer service call center in Arkansas. I don’t know where to begin. I have worked in many call centers. I know how to maintain excellent customer service but I don’t how to get my company up and running. I would like to contract work from a large company and handle all customer service issues. I need information on how to set up a business plan, what kind of investment I am going to need and how to find the right company to work for.
I am not sure of the cost structure in Arkansas, but
our company does call center
work out of India which is
much cheaper than the U.S.,
at least once you get started.
So you could potentially get
started by getting the contracts
and then subcontracting to a
company like ours
